NOTICE TO FORMER CAMPERS: Bring 1-4 friends who are first time campers to Mountaintop Retreat and receive a $5 discount for each friend!
NOTICE TO CHURCHES: Bring 5-9 campers from your church - camp fees are 95.00 each. Bring 10 or more campers from your church - camp fees are $90.00 each. Church groups must come with a bank check from the church the campers are coming from.
Teen Camp Ages 13 - 18: June 13-18
Come enjoy dynamic speakers, uplifting worship, impacting testimony times around the fire ring and national forest hikes with the pack goats. Make new friends, have fun zipping down the zip line, shooting down the water slide, playing volleyball and eating great food. Experience spiritual growth, a closer relationship with Jesus Christ and have fun!
Junior High Camp Ages 11 - 12: June 20-25
Day hikes with the pack goats, small group devotions, great bible teachers and good music make this a special time for young adults. Learn how to “walk with Jesus daily,” have lots of fun, make new friends and learn how to apply Biblical truths to life’s daily challenges. You won’t be bored!
Junior Camp Ages 9 - 10: June 27 - July 2
Come have a great time and learn how to be a good soldier for Jesus. Hike with the pack goats, play games, try the water slide and zip line and have more fun than you thought possible. Good food, good friends and learning about Jesus, your best friend. What could be better?
DIRECTIONS: From Montrose take Highway 90 west (starting at the intersection of Townsend Avenue and Main Street also known as intersection of State Highway 50, 550 and 90) go to County Road 6250 which takes you to Dave Wood Road. Camp is approximately 15 miles form down town Montrose. Just as you get to the tall ponderosa pine trees turn left at the camp sign on Bible Camp Road.
CHECK-IN: Monday afternoon between 3:00 p.m. & 5:00 p.m. (the first meal is Monday dinner)
CHECK-OUT: Saturday morning 10:00 a.m.
FEES: You may submit your entire registration fee online via PayPal by selecting the PayPal button below. Scholarships are available upon request.
WHAT TO BRING: A warm sleeping bag or appropriate bedding, pillow, warm coat for cool evenings, shirts or T-shirts, casual jeans, be worn throughout the day during chapel and meal times (no belly shirts please, shirts and t-shirts to overlap top of pants when sitting) shoes for hiking, water bottle, and modest shorts and T-shirts for the water slide and game time only. Also bring aBible, pen, notebook, flashlight, and personal belongings such as toothbrush, soap, towels, shampoo, etc. Mountaintop Retreat is not responsible for lost or broken items. Please mark all personal belongings with camper’s name.
NOTE: All medications must be in the original labeled container along with the child’s name and dosage instructions.
WHAT NOT TO BRING: Food, candy, cell phones, electronic music players, electronic games, squirt guns, knives, etc., matches, fireworks, chewing tobacco or other tobacco products. Smoking is not permitted on camp property.
HEALTH SCREENING: The Camper shall present a statement confirming a physical examination which has been performed within the preceding twelve months by a licensed physician or qualified licensed nurse practitioner. Please call or e-mail the camp office if you have any questions.
SPENDING MONEY: Pop, Candy, T-shirts and other items may be purchased at the Camp Store. Costs range from $0.25 to $20.00. An offering is taken the last day of camp for the camp speakers. In order to avoid lost or stolen money, we expect the campers to place their money in an account at registration. Remaining money may be withdrawn after breakfast Saturday morning before departure from camp.
